To address this, they implemented a comprehensive strategy including text, mail, and EMR reminders, and incentivized sample returns with $10 Publix gift cards. They also launched a CRC Screening Championship for inmates and partnered with Quest FIT Mailout Pilot Program for insured patients, using non-traditional sampling methods.<\/span><\/p>

Additionally, Camillus employed a street medicine program with peer outreach and boosted CRC education through media campaigns and health fairs. These efforts led to a significant rise in screening rates, earning them a 2023 HRSA Health Center Quality Leader gold award.<\/span><\/p>
