ReGenesis established a fleet of vehicles with full-time drivers to mitigate this, offering free rides to primary care, specialist appointments, and pharmacies. Certified Community Health Workers (CHWs) further support patients by providing information on community resources and assisting with applications for housing, food, utilities, and job training.<\/span><\/p>
